SpringRock was founded with the belief that there is a better way of protecting and growing investors capital through opportunistic investment strategies across private equity and real estate led ventures - alternative investments. Our principal objective is to be the partner of choice to great companies, supporting their growth, over the long-term.
We are unconstrained by a traditional investment mandate and approach each situation independently, with the only stipulation being that we are aligned with the management team and stakeholders. We can also become involved during periods of 'turnaround' and 'recovery', or when more traditional funding avenues have been exhausted.
As entrepreneurs ourselves, we are particularly experienced in originating niche opportunities that are often perceived to be too complex by mainstream investment houses and consequently discounted.

Together, we bring a combination of deep industry knowledge and private equity and M&A experience to the companies we invest in.
